Our client, a large conglomerate in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry is currently looking to consolidate its Shared Services Center function into Malaysia.


 


 


About the job
Reporting to the Group Head of HR regionally, you will be responsible for the following scopes, but not limited to:


  • Spearhead the development of HR processes matter in the region.

  • Streamline HR business processes across the region subject to local legislations.

  • Implement ambitous yet realistic SLA and KPI for various functions in the Shared Services sectors.

  • Manage relationships with outsourced vendors wherever possible.

  • Drive periodic service delivery and meetings around governance and compliance.

  • Be involved in various Group level projects whenever necessary.

 


 


To apply
Should you be keen to apply, you should possess:


  • Degree in HR and ideally with an MBA/ relevant Master’s Degree.

  • Minimally 4 years in HR Shared Services environment with a recent 2 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Overall at least 10 years of HR-related experience within an MNC environment.

  • Working exposure in Malaysia is highly preferred.
