SM Client/Server – Basics • Release Upgrade (SAP + OS + DB) • OS-Patch-Implementation: PTF, ML AIX • Bug-Fixes Oracle • Database reorganisation • processing of SAP-Transport • Troubleshooting DB-Server • Troubleshooting Application Server • Help-Desk-Support (2nd Level Support)/Call Handling/Escalation of Systemoperation • Daily Systemcheck DB-Server • Daily Systemcheck Appl.-Server • Printer queue manangement • Installation, Maintenance und adjustment of existing and new Software regarding Dataaccess (APAR Process) • Implementation of Customer/IBM-Security-Guidelines regarding to GSD331 • IAS Health Check according to SAP Server Standard – perform • User ID Revalidation – perform • Password Change (Unix, Database, SAP) Tasks Performed • Install/Uninstall Business Applications software • Manage Application Operation Documentation • Install/Uninstall Application related Database • Install/Uninstall Application Modules and Components • Configure Business Applications software • Manage Business Applications software • Manage Application Modules and Components • Manage Application related Database • Manage Output and Printing Services • Manage Batch Schedule and Operation • Manage Application Users • Manage Application related Operating System and Database users • Manage Application specific Subsystems •
