Randstad is currently partnering with a global leading organization in Asia Pacific that has been operating since 1993

About the role

To provide technical support with 24 hours on call support for the operation efficiency of Measat satellite network system and to lessen the operation outage.

 Duties

·         To make sure there is maximum availability being obtain form the present VSAT network and continual usage to the business operation

·         To resolve problems and coordinate with the vendors regarding the RMA repairs and PR /PO issuance.

·         Provide remote-troubleshooting with EE & IT.

·         Provide technical support to end –users

·         To maintain proper inventory of VSAT communications equipment

·         Daily task is to be responsible the maintenance and operations of Measat NOC Hub

Skill & Experience

·         Diploma/Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication or anything equivalent discipline

·         3 to 4 years in the similar capacity

·         Knowledge in Communication (video) & Network Technology

·         Planning of  network infrastructure  or management will be an added advantage

·         Able to work under pressure

·         Mandarin speaking

.       Strong in presenting technical information
