Packing Admin Assistant cum Indoor Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
– Print out outstanding customer sales order.
– Prepare courier shipment form.
– Pack the orders according to customer order and request.
– Liaise with sales manager and customers, to ensure delivery commitment is fulfilled.
– Update shipment tracking into system after order have been shipped.
– Responsible for physical stock count to ensure accuracy of stock movement and inventory.
-Serve walk in customers.
– Handles customers return warranty.
– Assist sales manager whenever task assigned

Requirements:
– Minimum SPM holder, Diploma or its equivalent
– Independent, careful and hardworking.
– Able to speak Chinese, Malay, or English
– Applicants must be willing to work in Endah Parade, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling
– Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
– Full-Time position available.
Working Hours:
10.00am – 7.00pm (Mon to Fri)
10.00am – 4.00pm (Sat)
Sunday Off
Public Holiday will off.
