Join a reputable property developer is looking for a Project Manager, based in Cyberjaya. This firm specialises in mostly in development of hotels. This is a chance to fast track your career and be involved with some of Cyberjaya”s most iconic projects.

the role

Joining a high performing team and work on exciting high rise projects offering expertise to Developers and Main Contractors. This is office based 5 days per week,

• Overseeing a variety of luxury apartments and resort hotel.


• Overseeing the initial set-up for pre-construction planning to leading the site team during the construction works.


• Feasibility studies


• Coordinate and evaluate the procurement of all trades for this projects


• Management of the site teams, programming and planning


• Development of progress reports, as well as managing costs.

the experience

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• Experienced Project Manager delivering hotels, luxury apartments or Villa developments


• Degree qualified in a construction related field


• Minimum 8 years project management experience either working for a commercial construction or developer


• Strong written and verbal English skills


• Overseas experience advantageous
