Restaurant Chef and Commis
We are operating a western non-halal restaurant and is currently looking for chef & commis.
- To work as part of the kitchen team
- To follow all agreed food quality & hygiene standards
- To ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved standards of presentation
- To work in accordance with health & safety legislations and to report any faults to equipment to the manger/supervisor
- To be familiar with the menu of the day and know your responsibilities in accordance with the menu.
- To avoid unnecessary wastage by observing proper control methods
Ensure the kitchen equipment is in working order; report any maintenance issues to your Team Leader.
Start up RM2000 – RM3000 probation and adjustment after probation.
