Join a reputable consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager, based in Kuala Lumpur. This firm specialises in mostly residential and high rise commercial. This is a chance to fast track your career and be involved with some of KL’s most iconic projects.

the role

Joining a high performing team and work on exciting high rise projects offering expertise to Developers and Main Contractors. This is office based 5 days per week,

• Actively contribute to strategic and operational development, growth and profitability across the building and property sectors


• Managing a team of ARM’s & PM’s


• Provide advice to leadership team regarding the market and identify key clients and opportunities


• Develop clear strategies to grow client relationships


• Responsible for writing tender submissions


• Attending industry events

the experience

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management, Commercial/Business Experience.


• Extensive experience in managing complex projects across building and property


• Strong relationships with key clients across both public and private sectors


• Proven ability to lead and grow a project management group


• Proficiency in maintaining key client relationships.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support/mentor junior project management staff.


• Advanced ability to plan, manage and deliver numerous projects.


• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, effective negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.


• Must be proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, as well as e-mail and Internet searches.
