about the role
Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, the Account Executive would be given the opportunity to manage a few accounts while working closely with businesses in other regions. Working in a lean team, exclusive guidance will be provided by the superior and fellow colleague with abundance of experience in the field.

duties & responsibilities

• Perform full set of accounts including both monthly and annual financial closing


• Maintain close interaction with customer service in regard to customer collections


• Monitor Accounts Receivable for regional entities


• Coordinate weekly reconciliation between business transactions and actual banking


• Assist senior finance manager in handling any ad-hoc task when necessary, which may include HR and admin matters

skills & experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business and/ or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ MICPA/ equivalent


• Good excel skills is needed for this position


• Good interpersonal skills required to interact with stakeholders of different levels and countries


• Both fresh grad and candidate with experience up to 2 years are encourage to apply


• Good command of both English and Chinese required because job includes communication with counterparts in other region
