Account Executive

JOB DETAILS
– Permanent position
– Able to start work immediately
– Minimum diploma in Accounting/ Finance
– Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
– Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
– Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications
– Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
 
 
Job Description:

·         Handle full set of account
·         Prepare company management report
·         Prepare bank reconciliation report, update fixed assets schedule, accruals & prepayment schedule; rental assets schedule or monthly journal of assigned companies
·         Update cash flow reports on daily basis
·         Prepare payment to relevant parties accordance to banking system set by Bank Negara
·         Periodic update on tracking reports to HOD
·         To liaise with auditors, tax agents pertaining to accounts
·         To liaise with bankers pertaining of company bank account matters
