Admin Officer


Responsibilities:


•Provide information for the preparation of monthly reports and analysis on office monthly expenses.
•Prepare and monitor payment processing on all HR & Admin related matters.
•Coordinate with relevant department on new staff seating arrangement.
•Check, record and calculate employees’ wages, overtime and medical reimbursement.
•Provide historical reference by developing and operating filing and retrieval systems both soft and hard copy.
•Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
•Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, determine inventory level, anticipate needed supplies and verify receipts.
•Perform all clerical duties in order to maintain office administration inclusive of office grocery and stationery.
•Coordinate the repair and maintenance works of all office equipment.
•Ensure optimal services and cost by third party suppliers such as grocery, courier, stationery, taxi services and etc.
•Maintain and ensure the renewal of company vehicle insurance and road tax, keep record on the service maintenance, inspection and summons.
•Handle foreigner workers application, renewal permit and wages.
•Assist the preparation works for in-house training, including compile the participant list, notify participants, booking of training venue and arrange company activities and event.
•Maintain all hard and soft copy files and records.
•Perform any other duty & responsibility which the immediate superior or the company may assign from time to time.


Requirements:


•Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
•Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
•Able to converse and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
•Good communication, inter-personal and coordination skill, ability to interact with people at all levels.
•Applicants must be able to work in Wisma Miramas Taman Desa, Jalan Klang Lama, KL.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Administration or equivalent.
