Sales and Marketing – Property Developer
Responsibilities


  • Assist in marketing strategy, sales planning, pricing, advertisement and promotion.

  • Attend to any form of sales enquiries, soft launches and project launches.

  • Ensure to smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office.

  • Monitoring consultants on design of building banners, buntings, advertisement /write ups/magazines/newspapers, brochure, leaflet and etc.

  • Monitor and updating daily sales report on timely basics.

  • Monitor & conduct market survey and research in order to understand the latest market demand.

  • To assist the Company in applying for and renewing of Developer Licence and Advertising and Sales Permit and Borang 7F quarterly submission.

  • Liaise with Managing Agent.

  • Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

 
Requirements


  • Possess Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.

  • At least 3-5 years working experiences in similar position in property development industry.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Good interpersonal and supervision skills and is able to communication with all levels.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel if required.
