Contract Management Analyst

Job Descriptions :
• Decompose Contract management templates (data analysis) 
• Load templates into CICAF – a contract Management tool 
• Configure CICAF workflows based on input received from Business 
• Set up other CICAF system configurations (Manual of Authority, Security, etc) 
• Interact closely with local Business’s and existing project team in CBJ 

Technical Skills and Experience : 
 Training will be provided to learn CICAF functionality at start of the role (2 weeks) 
 Ms Word – proficient. 
 Ms Excel – knowledge of macros and visual basic. Able to write IF statements, or Ms Excel macro conditions, SQL 
 Language skills : English Soft Skills and Experience 
 Good communication oral and written 
 Be able to summarize and present progress against targets, and communicate issues to technical teams. 
 Team work with an existing team in CBJ 
 Virtual work with business’s from other countries
