Main Responsibilities：
- Attend to incoming enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate between customers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Prepare shipments documentation for shipping coordination.
- To assist marketing personnel to monitor shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Develop rapport with customers, overseas station & operation.
