Country Marketing and Communications Leader - Petaling Jaya, SGR
Job Description
The candidate should be expert in understanding the depth and breadth of the market, enabling optimum targeting of IBM marketing activity to maximize value capture . Deliver insights on clients, prospects, industries, channels and market opportunity to support Sales, Marketing and Communications planning and execution.
To engage and collaborate with Market Development insights, Performance Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Integrated Business Unit leaders, Sales and Brand & Communications to drive campaigns and tactics across the customer segments in support of country marketing priorities.
Work together with the Country General Manager to create and drive business plan and own the annual marketing plan. In addition to that works as the Portfolio Manager for Enterprise and Mid Market Commercial segments and Buyers (Leadership) Program.
To provide local market insights, business capabilities, channel plays and content requirements to the rest of the Portfolio and Performance of the marketing team.
For the Communication portfolio, the candidates need to able to adopt and adapt the WW/IOT messaging to reinforce strategy, plays, key actions, enablement, marketing activities: plus own enterprise business unit Collboration Hub and Connections.

Eligibility Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar capacity in a fast paced technology company; working experience of at least 10 years
- Has a blend of 360 marketing, eco-systems/influencer marketing and digital work experience
