Job Description
Delivery and Operations: develops and implements processes to cost-effectively deliver HR programs, while meeting and/or exceeding all business controls requirements;The HR Professional is also primarily responsible for supporting and assisting with project plan delivery in support of HR programs and processes. Locates resources and information throughout the supported organization. Uses professional knowledge to help managers and employees understand basic HR programs. Utilizes basic knowledge of one or more HR functions to solve problems and to recommend process improvements.
