They have also ventured out into the Middle East and have worked on various landmark projects there.
 
As the Senior Project Manager, you will report to the Project Director and your tasks are as follows:
 
•  Supervise and coordinate civil & building projects operations, to maximise profitability and complete on time for handing-over to clients.
• Liaise and attend meeting with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities to ensure smooth progress of the project/s.
• Continuous review, monitor progress and provide support to the Project Director
• Ensure all facets of the project ranging from construction works, project and quality, environmental and safety and health management, cost control, quality assurance to meet the targets set by the Project Director.
• Implement and enforce site personnel, workers and subcontractors for quality, environment and safety & health practices at the workplace.
 
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 15 year(s) of working experience and / 8 years working experience in construction industry preferably in the management, implementation and coordination of construction projects;
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
