The Client:

A newly set-up Global Shared Services Center for a leading global leisure, entertainment and hospitality corporation headquartered in China.

The Role:

• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements including the review and verification of the financial statements to ensure the accuracy and compliance with Group policies and reporting requirements and meet reporting deadline


• Perform periodic review on financial closing procedures including analyzing and verifying journal entries, reconciliation of general ledger and subsidiary accounts and Balance Sheet and Income Statement balances.


• Supervise, guide and provide training to subordinate on accounting related transactions.


• Liaise with internal and external auditors.


• Draft and maintain the accounting manuals and guides for the accounting policies and procedures adopted by the Group.


• Oversee maintenance of the financial applications within the accounting system.


• Report and analyse the financial statements for management.


• Organize work schedules and setting priorities in order to meet critical deadlines


• Perform ad-hoc projects as required.

Additional Requirement:

• SAP


• knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards


• Experienced in managing a team


• Professional Qualification ( CPA, ACCA, MIA)
