Key Responsibilities


  • Preparing Reports on Day to Day business, business submission and reconciliation.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly report statistics to monitor sales and vertical achievement. Preparing weekly and monthly Gross Production for Managers for their current achievement.

  • Assist business unit in managing its business performance, Commission and Incentive Reports, preparation of productivity trackers.

  • Review business unit performance against set business objectives, providing delta analysis. Perform analysis on OB leads and day to day liaising with Mangers and Channel Partners.

  • Leverage customer information and the use of analytics technique to provide business insights.

  • Compile & prepare reports for management weekly, monthly meeting.

  • Develop and provide Dashboard and MIS statistics to Managers and senior management.

  • Channel Partner Commission Reconciliation.

  • Employee Incentive reconciliation with Finance.

  • Employee and CP Productivity Tracker

  • Preparing Reports on Day to Day business, business submission reconciliation

  • Variance monitoring Channel Partner training Calendar Vs Original Plan.

  • Supporting the Business head with all relevant reports which gives inputs on increasing the business

Requirement


  • A minimum of 1 year in a Sales Support environment wherein attributes mentioned above are put to use everyday

  • Good command over spoken and written English along with Bahasa and Mandarin (or most commonly used Chinese dialect)

  • Exhibits team player attributes due to responsibilities handled

  • Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours to ensure that the work assigned is completed

  • Self-starter – can motivate themselves and work within a team

  • Proven track record, successful in an internal sales or sales support role

  • Excellent communicator with good verbal and written skills

  • Sales driven and passionate about achieving results

  • Good follow through – delivering on promises

  • PC literate (Proven expertise in MS Office especially MS Excel)

  • Numerate and able to interpret and produce sales related data

  • Assertive with the ability to remain calm under pressure
