Associate Recruitment Research

Job Responsibilities :-
Responsible for researching work in reaching out to corporate talents covering key industries like FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Industrial Manufacturing, IT, Financial, Healthcare & Automative.
• Support and work alongside Senior Consultants, responsible for gathering contacts and enjoy contacting new talents from  Mid to Senior levels ie. Senior Manager, Director, GM on a daily basis to share career opportunity with potential ones.
• Ability to interpret research piece of talents mapping to Consultant, to Clients for their hiring decision making in placed.
• Manage job assignments together with Senior Consultant for successful placement.
 
Job Requirements :-
• Demonstrate flair, energy, ambition, a sustained capacity for hard work and a desire to work in our culture and teamwork.
• A customer focused attitude, with the ability to develop good engagement with candidates at all levels of management from global multinationals with confidence.
• A good sense of priorities in managing multiple job assignments.
 
On-the-job training will be provided. Hammersonn are open to candidate whom are exposed in telemarketing environment from banking or insurance platform. Career progress into a consultancy, business development especially for consistent delivery or exceeding targets with good impression on candidates and clients alike.
