Introduction
Questor Capital has over a decade of experience in providing quality financial advice to expatriates throughout Asia. Our regional office is based in Bangkok, Thailand. Whilst our head office is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This together with our operation in Singapore makes up our South East Asian network. As you would expect we are a fully licensed & regulated financial services company.

During the past 12 months our Malaysian operation has experienced rapid growth and as a result we require several more high caliber sales professionals to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

The Opportunity
The amount of money invested offshore it now in excess of $10 trillion– it is quite simply massive! Which is further compounded by the fact that more British, European, Australian and Americans live and work overseas now, than at any other point in history.

Because of the lack of access to financial advice at the same level they are accustomed to back home, these individuals often end up acquiring significant amounts of money in cash earning little or no interest, creating a great opportunity for wealth management companies, such as Questor Capital to provide financial planning services.

As an intermediary we offer a range of financial solutions to our clients including life assurance, regular and lump sum savings plans and healthcare. These products are provided by some of the world’s largest financial institutions such as HSBC, Fidelity, Aviva, Old Mutual, Royal London 360…

Our Requirement
In this client-facing role we require several skilled sales professionals to help further grow our client base in Malaysia & Thailand. It is not necessary that you come from a financial background as Questor will provide you with all that you need in the way of sales training, market & product knowledge together with the prospecting tools to hit the road running. But you must have the following experience:

• A minimum of 3 years working in sales


• Comfortable cold calling prospective clients


• Excellent face-to-face presentation skills


• Must be able to thrive in target driven environment

Overview of Malaysia
Malaysia is an English speaking country in the heart of the tropics. It is extremely safe, with a world-class infrastructure and a low cost of living. As we are based in the tropics it is never actually cold, instead we bathed in glorious sunshine and summer temperatures all year long. Also, it only ever a 13 hour direct flight back to London.
