Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
•Performing real estate services such as sales and leasing of residential/ commercial properties
•To participate in sales campaigns
•Providing excellent customer services at all time
•To maintain, service and continuously build company client/customer database and have close relationship and close sales deals
•To advise and assist potential buyers on the overall process and procedures of sales of property

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
•Required language(s): Chinese, English
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
•Computer literate
•Possess own transport
•Must have excellent presentation skills, pleasant and vibrant personality
•Ability to work on weekends/ public holidays or whenever required e.g. events, property launch etc.
