About the company:


Our client is a local mining business. Located at Kelana Jaya, they are looking for a HR talent to be a part of their business.


About the role:


This role mainly covers the following:


  • Managing the full spectrum of HR encompassing HR Processes & Tools, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations / Industrial Relations, and other HR related administration functions.

  • To motivate and cultivate a positive workplace environment and ensure development of talent pools in the organizations by establishment of effective employee training and development program.

  • Provide guidance on Industrial Relations and IR frameworks.

  • Act as an advisor / resource to the Company on labour related issues and represent the Company on IR / Labour issues, Labour Office, IR Office and Industrial Courts.

  • To lead and manage HR functions in ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance objectives are met.

  • Plan and coordinate career movement for potential employees in line with the business requirements of the company Implement HR policies and Company’s procedures for operations excellence.

  • Design and implement employee retention strategies and adequate action plans.

Skills and experience:


  • Applicants should have a Degree, preferably in Human Resources

  • Has manufacturing or mining experience

  • Has atleast 5-8 years of working experience
