Writer

~~Description:
•Responsible for providing standard content, such as news reports, reviews and features. In comparison with a newspaper journalist or reporter which requires traveling, a staff writer for our magazine is more office-based.
•However, there may be travelling involved should we have stories to cover in other markets.
•An interest in the property & business industry would be an added advantage.

Duties:
Duties generally fall under the following categories:
•Carrying out research & analysis on topics
•Writing content for publication
•Attending conferences, events or seminars (sometimes during weekends)
•Communicating with other staff and people in the industry
•Content could fall under the category of news, reviews, features, or columns.
•Depending on the company, administrative or clerical duties may also be part of the job
Other Requirements
•Writing experience, as demonstrated by a portfolio

•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
•Required language(s):  English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (advantage)
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
•Preferably  Executives specializing in Journalist/Editor or equivalent.
•Full-Time position(s) available.
