About the Company:

Hong Kong Multinational company, to support the central hub/ Shared service centre for Finance. The team is expanding and the role is a new role with attractive remuneration package.

About the role:

Primary Responsibilities

• To handle the full set of the accounting for the shared services function of our company projects and specific business operations.


• To handle the AR, AP, GL and other related accounting activities.


• Maintain accounting records, reports and files in an organized manner


• Take on and manage ad-hoc financial assignments and handle other tasks as required by the superior


• Assist supervisor to monitor the shared services project budgetary control and provide the necessary analysis report


• Report and highlight to immediate supervisor on any non-compliance of procedures and/or anomalies in the financial statements


• Ensure that guidelines and requirements set as per the companies policies and procedures are being followed


• Gather, update and keep financial records and data for permanent file


• Attend to other business functions queries and request in providing data and explanation needed.

Qualification:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline


• knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards is an advantage


• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations in similar job duties. Candidate with lesser experience may be considered for lower position


• Proficiency in MS Office Applications


• Familiar in SAP applications will be an added advantage


• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred.


• Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills


• Proactive, meticulous, responsible and committed

Should you have full set of accounts or have done (AP, AR & GL) in Shared Services, able to speak in Mandarin as need to liaise with client in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan etc, minimum 4 years of experience, this would be a perfect role for you.
