about the role

It’s a permanent position that based at Subang Jaya.The work required you to work from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You are responsible for the day to day operation of the plant machineries effectively and efficient with minimal downtime.

duties

• To lead, assign and assist a group of technician in the day to day troubleshooting of the plant breakdowns.


• To prepare monthly report, CAPEX, evaluate service providers and to contribute added value on cost saving project.


• To plan and execute preventive maintenance plan and schedule maintenance.


• To generate daily breakdown reports and key learning to avoid future reoccurrence and recommend and justify to management for plant machineries improvement.


• To ensure all factory machineries and utilities are in optimal condition at all times.


• To achieved assigned maintenance & operation KPI’s and meeting the maintenance budget.


• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requested as assigned.

skills & experience

• Successfully candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics engineering.


• Strong in PLC and electrical control troubleshooting.


• AutoCad knowledge for equipment process.


• Must have 3 years of working experience in related field.


• Required skills: PLC, Hydraulic and Mechanical


• Must have preventive maintenance experience.


• Experience in trouble shooting and good analytic skill.


• Must have good leadership and people skill.


• Able to work independently and self –motivated.
