RECOVERY OFFICER

– Manage day-to-day collection, work with target and deadlines and ability to handle multiple tasks
– Liaise with client on day-to-day Collection thru telecommunication (based in office) No field work requires.
– Able to work under pressure
– Work towards target given by Monthly basic
– Follow up and liaising to those account holders with the pending payments
– Able to work as a team player and able to understand call centre line or environment

REQUIRIEMENTS :

– Min SPM requirements
– Above 25 years
– Good negotiation skills and able to communicate effectively with customers in English, Malay and Mandarin
– Working experience in credit recovery with any finance institutions is an added advantage, training will be provided for successful candidates
