Site Supervisor

• Planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of site construction activities.


• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with construction drawings and contract specifications


• Enforcement on Quality Control and other supervision responsibilities.


• Consistency in checking of drawings, specifications and highlight discrepancies.


• Record daily site activities including material deliveries and workforce by trades.


• Daily inspection of works carried out by subcontractors


• Minimize and control wastages


• Submit Weekly Report Summary to PM or PD on status of work by trades, highlight quality issues and anticipated problems.


• Attend Performance Inspection with Employers/Consultants, record and follow up on deficiencies.


• Provide regular updates to Project Manager

  
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.


• At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in similar position.


• High Rise Building experience will be an added advantage.


• Capable of using site surveying instruments.


• Familiar with construction technologies and processes.


• Knowledge on ISO system requirements.


• 5 Full-Time/Contract positions available.
